ALDEA ZAMA

THE PROJECT

The overall master plan for Aldea Zama is a vibrant mixed-use village with the old city of Tulum to the north and new resort development of MayaZamá directly to the south. The MayaZamá project embodies the dream of building a model resort and residential community which is destined to become a popular destination unto itself.

MayaZamá will have it all, including: a Jack Nicklaus golf course and golf academy, cultural and educational facilities, numerous spas, restaurants, cafes, boutiques with interesting and exotic wares, art galleries flower carts and coffee shops along a charming, tree lined pedestrian promenade that culminates overlooking a beautiful beach. All within walking distance or easily accessible by golf carts or water taxi via the intricate network of Mayan waterways.

Upon completion, the planned community of MayaZamá will comprise 532 home sites, 1023 villas and enough sites to build 508 condominium residences. MayaZamá will easily accommodate over 3,000 year-round residents and their guests.
